Level 6

The program aims to educate scientists with a strong background in food science and technology, the study of food production, processing, and safety, and the development of innovative food products. It supports the understanding of chemical, microbiological, and technological processes related to food, as well as the development of research and applied thinking. The program is five-year in duration and prepares graduates with foundational and specialized knowledge in quality control, food safety, and industrial food production.
