Description

The Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy is offered by the Department of Physiotherapy of the School of Health Sciences at the University of Peloponnese. The programme focuses on the prevention, assessment, rehabilitation, and improvement of human movement and functional disorders. Students acquire knowledge in biomedical sciences, kinesiology, therapeutic exercise, physiotherapeutic assessment, neuromusculoskeletal disorders, and modern rehabilitation methods. The programme combines theoretical education, laboratory training, and clinical practice, preparing physiotherapists with scientific and clinical competence.

Τhe programme prepares graduates for professional practice as physiotherapists in hospitals, rehabilitation centres, primary healthcare units, sports organizations, private clinics, elderly care facilities, and other healthcare settings.
