Description

The Diploma in Food Science and Technology is offered by the Department of Food Science and Technology of the School of Agriculture and Food at the University of Peloponnese. It is a study program focusing on food science, food processing and preservation technologies, food safety and quality, food chemistry and microbiology, new product development, and food production management. Students acquire theoretical and laboratory knowledge combining scientific principles with technological applications in the food industry.
