Description
The Medical Degree of University of Crete provides comprehensive education in medical sciences and leads to the acquisition of the scientific knowledge and clinical skills required for the practice of medicine. Relation to Employment
Graduates of the Medical Degree of University of Crete obtain the license to practice medicine and may work in hospitals, health centers, private clinics, research and academic institutions, as well as in public health organizations. Admission to the program requires a high school diploma and successful participation in national-level examinations or qualifying examinations.

Graduates of the Medical Degree acquire knowledge in the basic, clinical, and laboratory sciences of medicine, including Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Pharmacology, Surgery, Pediatrics, and Public Health.
