Description

The Degree in Chemistry is a higher education first-cycle qualification and is classified at Level 6 of the Hellenic Qualifications Framework. Graduates possess a comprehensive and coherent background in Chemistry, including the fundamental principles, theories, and methodologies of the field, as well as laboratory and analytical approaches to chemical phenomena. The degree also constitutes a necessary qualification for practicing the profession of chemist.

Graduates of the Department of Chemistry of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki possess pedagogical and teaching competence, in accordance with the applicable legal framework, and fall under the branch P.E.04.02 Chemists.
