Description

The Bachelor’s Degree in Economics is a higher education qualification in the field of economic science. It certifies that graduates possess academic knowledge in microeconomic and macroeconomic theory, business administration and economic policy. • acquire scientific and methodological knowledge in key areas of economics (microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, public finance, international trade, economic policy, development economics, business economics, industrial organization, labor economics), and business administration (e.g., operations research, business administration, entrepreneurship).
• acquire scientific and methodological knowledge in more specialized fields of economics and business administration (regional economics, finance, insurance, capital markets, mathematical economics, accounting, marketing).
• learn how to use theoretical and empirical methodological tools of economics and business administration to analyze complex problems in the economy and business.

• gain an understanding of the evolving dynamics of the fields of economics, business administration, and their applications.
• learn to search for and use scientific sources and to verify or refute scientific propositions.
• learn to write and complete scientific papers, both individually and in groups.
• analyze the economic environment and the variables that determine the behavior and decisions of households, businesses, and economic policymakers.
