Students after graduation:
Knowledge:
- have specialized knowledge of the objects of positive, applied, technological, social, humanities and theoretical sciences which are taught in school and which include all scientific courses that support in terms of knowledge the theoretical and practical fire-officer training / training for crisis management.
- have theoretical, technical and practical knowledge and skills as well as practice and implementation of fire-officer - crisis management science and technology, within the operational environment.
- can recognize the parts and rules of handling all fire-fighting appliances and equipment used by the Fire Brigade.

Skills-Capacities:
- Develop and improve the skill in the use of fire extinguishing equipment, vehicles, tools and instruments;
- Create a spirit of trust in superiors, colleagues, and in the skills of firefighters themselves;
- Maintain and improve their physical condition so that firefighters can respond to difficult and strenuous physical work, consolidate conscious discipline, forge teamwork spirit and fraternal solidarity;
- Perform investigative tasks within the competences of the Fire Brigade (e.g. crime of arson etc.);
- Use all firefighting resources and means, in accordance with applicable legislation;
- Respond to crisis situations and manage them according to their functions;
- Communicate with the public, having regard to the protection of society.

Relation to Employment

The qualification is necessary to perform the duties of Firefighter. The Schools of Firefighters and Senior Fire Officers belong to the upper tier of higher education as defined each time by the legislation providing equal education and granting equal degrees to the respective higher education Schools.
