Description

The degree of Information Technology Engineering of Technological Education is awarded to the student with the following knowledge, competences, and skills.
Knowledge: They have advanced knowledge on the working field or on the field of study of the science of Information Technology, which require a critical understanding of theories and principles.
Skills: They will have advanced skills or the ability of proving the necessary mastery and innovation for the resolution of composite and random problems in the field of work or study of Informatics.
Competences: They are able to manage composite technical or professional activities or work plans, undertaking the responsibility for taking decisions in unforeseen work or study environments of the science of Information Technology. They assume responsibility for the professional development of individuals and groups.

Relation to Employment

The professional rights of the graduates of the Department of Information Technology Engineering have been established by Presidential Decree 183 (Government Gazette 246, Bulletin Α, 3/12/2008).
